Nedeni
Yüzeyde toz halinde biriken boya.
- Boyanın viskozitesinin aşırı yüksek olması, yanlış veya kötü kalitede tiner kullanımı.
- Kötü spreyleme tekniği, kirli sprey tabancası, aşırı yüksek hava basıncı, spreyleme sırasında tabancanın yüzeyden çok uzaktan tutulması.
- Gereğinden fazla hava akımının olduğu veya yüksek hızda hava akışının olduğu yerde boyama.
Önleme
- Tavsiye edilen tineri doğru oranda kullanın.
- Doğru uygulama tekniğini kullanın, ekipmanın temiz olduğundan emin olun, hava basıncını mümkün olduğunca düşük tutun, uygun atomizasyona bağlı kalın, doğru mesafeden spreyleme gerçekleştirin.
- Spreyleme kabini kullanın ve hava dolaşımının ve çıkışının doğru hızda olduğundan emin olun.
Düzeltme
Pasta ve cila uygulayın. Kusurun düzeltilmesi için doku fazlasıyla taneliyse, sonkat boyayı sökün ve yeniden boyayın. Metalik katlar daima sökülmelidir ve yeniden boyanmalıdır.
Description
A granular or coarse textured finish with no gloss.
Cause
Paint being deposited on the surface in a powdery condition.
- Viscosity of paint too high, use of incorrect or poor quality thinner.
- Poor spraying technique, dirty spray gun, compressed air pressure too high, gun held too far from the surface during spraying.
- Spraying in draughts or in a high velocity airflow.
Prevention
- Use the correct proportion of recommended thinner.
- Use correct spraying techniques, ensure that equipment is clean, set air pressure as low as possible, consistent with proper atomisation, spray from the correct distance.
- Use a spray booth, and ensure that air circulation and extraction is at the correct velocity.
Rectification
Flat, compound and polish. If the texture is too coarse for this to correct the defect, rub down the top-coat and repaint. Metallic finishes must always be rubbed down and repainted.
